Yes. Move up at any time and we charge only the difference for the rest of the billing period. A move down takes effect at your next renewal, so you keep what you have already paid for.
The trial runs 14 days with every feature unlocked and no card required. We email you before it ends. If you decide not to continue the account is frozen rather than deleted, and your data waits 30 days for you to export it or change your mind.
Every subscription tier has a one-time setup fee — it covers discovery, configuration, initial data import, and training. It is billed on your first invoice alongside the first month, and never again. The monthly bill after that is exactly what the tier card says, plus any extra users or add-ons you have chosen. The custom-quote tiers do not carry a fixed setup fee — the scope decides the number.
Every tier includes one user out of the box. Additional users are ৳599 per user per month across every plan — the same figure for Starter and Enterprise alike. Add or remove users at any time and the next invoice reflects the change; no minimum, no notice period.
Prices on this page exclude VAT. Bangladeshi customers are charged VAT at the applicable rate, shown as a separate line on the invoice. Clients billed outside Bangladesh are invoiced without it.
Monthly plans are month to month — cancel whenever you like and you keep access to the end of the period you paid for. A yearly plan is a twelve-month commitment, which is what pays for the discount.
