Terms of Service

By accessing or using Arges.Co's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, clients, and others who access or use our services.

Arges.Co provides custom software development, web development, design, and related technology services. Our services include but are not limited to: • Custom software development (CRM, ERP, HRM, POS systems) • Web and e-commerce development • UI/UX design and branding • AI and automation solutions • Software maintenance and support The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each project are defined in individual project proposals and agreements.

Quotations submitted through our website are requests for pricing information and do not constitute binding agreements. All quotations provided by Arges.Co are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. A binding agreement is formed only when both parties sign a project proposal or contract that outlines the specific terms of engagement.

Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. General payment policies include: • A deposit is required before project commencement (typically 30-50%) • Progress payments are due at agreed-upon milestones • Final payment is due upon project completion and delivery • Late payments may incur additional charges as specified in the project agreement • All prices are quoted in BDT unless otherwise specified We accept bank transfers and other payment methods as agreed upon in the project contract.

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the custom code and designs created specifically for their project, unless otherwise specified in the project agreement. Arges.Co retains the right to: • Use general-purpose code, libraries, and frameworks in other projects • Showcase the project in our portfolio (unless a confidentiality agreement is in place) • Use anonymized project data for case studies Third-party licenses (fonts, stock images, open-source libraries) remain subject to their respective license terms.

Clients are responsible for: • Providing accurate and complete project requirements • Providing content, assets, and feedback in a timely manner • Reviewing and approving deliverables within agreed timeframes • Maintaining the security of their account credentials • Ensuring they have the right to use any content or materials they provide Delays caused by the client may affect project timelines and may result in additional charges.

Arges.Co warrants that all deliverables will substantially conform to the agreed specifications. We provide a warranty period (typically 3-12 months depending on the package) during which we will fix bugs at no additional cost. We do not warrant that: • Our services will be uninterrupted or error-free • Third-party services integrated into your project will remain available • The software will be compatible with future browser or platform updates beyond the warranty period Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement. This includes business plans, technical specifications, financial information, and any other information marked as confidential. This obligation survives the termination of the agreement for a period of 2 years.

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice as specified in the individual contract. In the event of termination: • The client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date • Arges.Co will deliver all completed work and materials • Any deposits for uncompleted work will be handled as specified in the project agreement

When using our website, you agree not to: • Use the site for any unlawful purpose • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site • Submit false or misleading information through our forms • Interfere with the proper functioning of the website • Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to access the site without permission

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh, unless both parties agree to alternative dispute resolution.
